For anyone who wants to feel like a real professional griller as they smoke up some delicious food for their family, the Rockland Gas Grill BBQ is a super large and versatile barbecue perfect for the job. The spacious grill area is divided with a cooking grid where delicious sausages or steaks can be prepared and a griddle that is specially designed to prepare burgers patties. The heat-retaining surface area also allows food to be kept warm so that all guests can enjoy their meal at the same time. The Rockland greatly supports the indirect grilling method, with a lid that can be closed so heat cannot easily escape upwards and a steady heat level is maintained on the inside. This leads to evenly cooked food on all sides and a deliciously deep smokey flavour. To help you control the heat levels inside, a handy thermometer is embedded in the center of the lid. With two fold-out shelves on either side of the Rockland Grill, there is ample space to store barbecue utensils, prepared food, or spices. One of the storage shelves pops open to reveal yet another burner, perfect for heating up beans or gravy. A bottle opener can be utilised at any time, allowing the chef to quickly open a cool and refreshing drink as you cook. The design of the Rockland is further complemented with two swivel casters with brakes and two wheels, which allow a high degree of maneuverability, ideal for transporting in and out of storage as the season changes.
